Fruit Butter Cake
Finally...a cake that is different and still easy!

- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 pint fruit butter any flavor
Optional Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 - 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
In a large bowl, mix all cake ingredients except the fruit butter.
Spread cake mixture in a greased 9x13 pan.
Drop fruit butter by the spoonful on top of the cake mixture.
Using a butterknife, swirl in the fruit butter.
Bake 30- 40 minutes at 350.
If desired, drizzle glaze over the warm cake.
