Tortillas
Made with a few ingredients these tortillas are perfect for your next taco Tuesday.

- 3 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Warm Water
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
In a stand mixer: mix all dry ingredients.
Add water and oil.
Mix until a dough comes together.
Transfer to a floured surface and split into 16 pieces.
Make small balls and let rest for at least 15 minutes.
Roll into 6-7” flat circles.
Heat your frying pan on medium heat.
Add one tortilla to the pan.
When it starts to bubble flip it over.
Cook both sides until they are golden and remove from heat.
