Brownie Bottom Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
A decadent dessert that is sure to please.

- 1 boxed brownie mix
- 5 8oz blocks of cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare one boxed brownie mix according to the directions. (Or, if using a homemade recipe prepare the mixture).
Pour into 12” springform pan.
Bake for 15 minutes. ONLY 15 minutes, it will not be fully done.
Turn oven down to 325.
Blend the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips).
Pour cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie crust. The brownie crust won’t be fully done- that is how you want it! The cream cheese mixture will push it up against the edges to create a crust.
Top with as many chocolate chips as you want.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit for one hour (keep the door closed).
Refrigerate until set.
