Rinse beans.
Soak beans 8-12 hours.
Rinse beans again.
Scoop 1 1/4 cups of beans into each pint.
Add 1 Tbsp of onions to each pint.
Mix all of the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add 1-1 1/2 tsp of the sauce mixture to each pint.
Fill the remainder with water, leaving 1 inch of headspace.
Process at 10lbs of pressure for 80 minutes (pints) or 95 minutes (quarts).
Allow to naturally cool.
