Instructions
Preheat oven to 450.
Heat oil in your cast iron skillet (enough to give it a good coating).
Add chicken to your skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until brown. About 2 minutes each side.
Add the flour and whisk. It should be pretty thick.
Slowly add the bone broth and continue to whisk.
Add the frozen vegetables and reduce heat to simmer.
In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit ingredients (flour, greek yogurt, garlic powder).
Drop the biscuits by the spoonful on top of the skillet mixture.
Put the entire skillet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
If you want a thicker filling you can add some cornstarch or arrowroot powder to thicken the broth up into more of a gravy.
