Instant Pot Tuna and Rice

- 1 cup Dry Rice
- 2 cups Frozen Vegetables
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup Bone Broth
- 1.5 cups Water
- 2 cans Tuna
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
Rinse the rice and add it to the pot.
Add the remainder of the ingredients except cheese. Mix together.
Set the instant pot to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
Allow the instant pot to naturally release.
Remove lid and sprinkle cheese on top. You can either stir the casserole to melt the cheese or put the lid back on for a few minutes so that the cheese can melt.
