Instant Pot Tuna and Rice

Throw it in your instant pot and get busy with something else!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Dry Rice
  • 2 cups Frozen Vegetables
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup Bone Broth
  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the rice and add it to the pot.
  • Add the remainder of the ingredients except cheese. Mix together.
  • Set the instant pot to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
  • Allow the instant pot to naturally release.
  • Remove lid and sprinkle cheese on top. You can either stir the casserole to melt the cheese or put the lid back on for a few minutes so that the cheese can melt.
