Jam and Fruit Cobbler

jam
heated

flour

cup
baking powder
pinch of salt

cup
softened butter
or shortening

egg

tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease pie pan.
Add fruit and jam to the pan and mix.
Make the topping.
Mix the butter and egg together.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix again.
Drop by the spoonful on top of the fruit and jelly mixture.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
