Jam Muffins

Perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 pint jam

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except jam.
  • Line 12 muffin cups or grease them.
  • Fill each cup halfway with batter.
  • Place a spoonful of jam in each cup.
  • Fill cups the rest of the way with batter.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
