Jam Muffins
Perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat.

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 pint jam
Mix all ingredients except jam.
Line 12 muffin cups or grease them.
Fill each cup halfway with batter.
Place a spoonful of jam in each cup.
Fill cups the rest of the way with batter.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
