Jam Quick Bread
An easy sweet bread for breakfast or dessert.

- 1 cup butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 8 oz jam
Optional Topping
- 4 Tbsp butter melted
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients except jam together.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Split jam evenly between two pans by pouring it on top.
Swirl into the batter really well.
If adding the topping, pour half on top of one loaf pan and half on top of the other.
Bake for one hour or until golden brown.
