In a pan on the stove top, mix the sugar and corn syrup until it is bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter to the sugar and syrup mixture.
Mix until it is smooth.
Pour rice krispies into a large bowl.
Pour peanut butter, sugar, and syrup mixture over the rice krispies.
Mix to coat the krispies well.
Once coated, press firmly into a greased 9x13 pan.
Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together. This can be done on the stovetop or by microwave. If using a microwave make sure to stir every 30 seconds to prevent over cooking.
Once melted, spread overtop of the rice krispies.
Allow to cool and then enjoy.
