Strawberry Blondies

A brownie but make it fruity.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix the wet ingredients- butter, eggs, vanilla.
  • Beat in the sugar.
  • Add in all the remaining ingredients except the jam. Mix well.
  • Scoop half of the batter into a greased 8x8 pan.
  • Smooth it into the pan to form an even layer.
  • Pour the jam on top of that layer and smooth it.
  • Use the rest of the batter to make a top layer. It works best if you grab a chunk and flatten it in your hands then set it on top of the jam.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
